Paul was raised in Mt. Lebanon and went to Virginia Tech and met the love of his life. Paul and Valerie lived in Virginia for a few years and then in Kentucky. We had an LG refrigerator that was included as part of their “extended warranty” program due to defective workmanship regarding the compressor. Our fridge was a problem child and Paul came out and showed nothing but professionalism and patience as he continued to troubleshoot our issues with LG technical service. Well this household of 6 survived more than one month without a working dishwasher, Hallelujah! Whilst our new dishwasher we bought in the summer continues to enjoy its Covid-sponsored Pacific Ocean cargo container vacation (or wherever it might be) and whenever it might show up, our newly repaired old dishwasher is back in operation in the meantime. I recently experienced a reoccurring problem with my refrigerator/freezer. Four months prior to this problem, I had someone come to "fix" the appliance. Unfortunately, it turns out that his actions may have caused the problem to surface again. I reached out to Paul from Laurence Repair, LLC who set an appointment with me, kept me informed of the time-frame on the day of the appointment and arrived exactly at the time he promised. He treated me with respect and professionalism. He listened carefully to the situation and made sure I understood every step he was about to take to resolve the issue. Not only did he fix the problem, he saw an area of the freezer taped that the previous technician left on a critical part which escalated the issues of the appliance not working correctly.
